This is not a devotional built on isolated verses, and not a technical commentary written for specialists. It is a daily reading meant for those willing to slow down, think clearly, and be shaped by what the text actually says.

No shortcuts.
No rush.
Because the Bible was not written to be consumed quickly, but to be inhabited.

Prayer
Lord,
give me a teachable heart before Your Word.
Deliver me from shallow reading and quiet resistance.
May Scripture not be something I merely know,
but something that builds me, aligns me, and transforms me.
Teach me to listen when You speak
and to obey when truth confronts me.
Amen.
