
FURI – Follow Your Intuitions (“FURI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) produces all products on demand.
Each item is made specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Because of this production model, our return policy is limited and defined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items.
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
All items are made to order and cannot be restocked.
2. Return Window
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
- A short description of the issue
- Your order number
Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
3. Resolution
If your claim is approved, FURI will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to the original payment method
If a replacement is issued, FURI will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective items only. Exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind are not accepted due to our print-on-demand production process.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and the order has already been processed, FURI is not responsible for lost shipments. Please verify your shipping details before placing your order.
